Welcome to the St. Louis Area Dance Marathon (DM)! Your student has made a commitment to a truly great cause. His or her experience dancing in our 12-hour dance celebration will be unforgettable. Standing for 12 hours is not easy, nor is raising $150 for Children's Miracle Network of Greater St. Louis (CMN). You can support your student in these endeavors in many ways, beginning with a tax-deductible donation to CMN on his or her behalf. You can donate to your son or daughter either online or by mail to reach his or her $150 fundraising goal. Find out more »
DM also offers Survival Kits for Dancers. These kits, which include snacks, bottled drinks, and toys, will be distributed to the dancers 3/4 of the way through the 12-hour dance-a-thon. They can be purchased for only $25. To send one to your student, please visit our survival kit page.
Please ask your company to support DM and CMN. We appreciate any monetary support and in-kind donations that we use for our silent auction and for prizes for our top fundraisers; all donations are tax-deductible. Please visit our Sponsorship section for more information on becoming an official DM Sponsor.
Spread the word! We are sure your extended family and close friends would love to hear about the great work your student is doing. Please direct them to www.dmstl.org. Ask them to support DM and CMN by donating on your child's behalf.
If you are in the St. Louis area for Parent and Family Weekend, please stop by Dance Marathon's Dance-In on October 22nd and 23rd! An annual tradition, we don't stop dancing until we raise $2,500. We will be spreading the word about our cause and circus-themed event in the Danforth University Center and would love to see you there! We also will be having benefit nights throughout the weekend, and invite you to check our calendar closer to Parent and Family Weekend.
We would also love to see you at Dance Marathon if you are in St. Louis on November 7! As a visitor, you can dance, enjoy student performances, purchase dinner, meet the Miracle Families who benefit from our event, and bid on deluxe baskets in the Miracle Auction. If you would like directions to the Athletic Complex of Washington University, you can get them here. For more information on visiting, please contact the Executive Director, Andrew Seidl.
If you have any further questions about your student's DM experience, visit our Parent's Frequently Asked Questions or contact the Executive Director, Andrew Seidl.
