CMNCMN

Children's Miracle Network (CMN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for children's hospitals across North America. Each year, 170 CMN hospitals provide the finest medical care, life-saving research and preventative education to help millions of kids overcome diseases and injuries of every kind.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, CMN has grown dramatically since its founding in 1983, from a televised fundraiser in a small studio to one of the world's leading children's charities, helping 17 million kids each year.

Thousands of special events and grassroots fundraisers such as Dance Marathon are conducted year-round through a coalition of premier children's hospitals, media partners, and corporate volunteers working together to ensure healthy kids in their communities. Through its year-round efforts to help kids, CMN has raised more than $2.5 billion to date.

CMN's founding pledge, to keep the money in the region in which it is raised, remains at the core of its philosophy. In keeping with this pledge, the money raised through St. Louis Area Dance Marathon stays in the St. Louis area and is equally divided between our two outstanding pediatric institutions: St. Louis Children's Hospital and Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center.

The money raised for and by Children's Miracle Network of Greater St. Louis, through the generous contributions and support of individuals, as well as local and national sponsors, helps the hospitals to acquire programs, equipment and facility renovations to meet the needs of local children.
